Best suited for couples that have secured their venue and dream team, all contracts have been signed, all design plans have been implemented, you are in the final stages of planning and are finally looking to relax and enjoy all your hard work. Ring on the Party happily steps in to take over all vendor and event management, as your project manager/ coordinator. We make sure that all boxes have been checked, create all detailed timelines and logistical coordination, and execute your day as seamlessly and stress free as intended. Ring on the Party understands that your celebration is truly a production and, on your day, you should be able to enjoy every aspect and element with your guest.
Planning starts 60 days Before Wedding Date
Package Includes:
Vendor Communication- Starting at the 60 day mark
Help build timelines, checklists, and floorplans with implementation
Coordinator present at venue walkthrough and dress rehearsal
Contract review and advice
1 Lead Coordinator and 1 Assistant Coordinator for the day of event
4 (1) Hour Long Zoom Meetings- 60 day Mark, 30 day Mark, 14 day Mark, 3 Day Mark
Unlimited Email and Phone Contact
Access to Planning Platform Portal and Files
Organization of timeline and vendors for the day of the wedding

The Desire Package: Event Management and Design
Ideally Suited to serve couples who are hosting at an established venue and have their key vendors in scope and are in need of s planner and designer to step in and spearhead the creative process. We want you to get the wedding you DREAM of. Ring on the Party will create a custom, stunning, unique design plan, based off of our decor style; simple yet elegant, and give your guests something to swoon over. We step in to take over vendor management to leave the hosts to enjoy themselves and execute the entire event.
